[Top20] Best Design

Well, here we go!
Anyone of you has a few skins he likes best. So please show them to us in order to create a Top20 list of the best skins that has ever been done.
Here are the laws:
  • You have a total amount of 15 credits. Choose the skins you like best and give them some amount of credits. Maximium is 3 credits for one skin.
  • You may not vote for your own skins!
  • Of course you can only give out 3 credits if you only like one skin.
  • Only Winamp Modern Skins are accepted in this round.

> Have respect for this skin. Even if it slows Winamp down with the dynamic ui stuff... still one of the best. Would have been the best skin ever if he only made use of non seperate windows for all its components(all though it look like one window... its actauly a few windows stacked on each other.. thus slows winamp down. But with that still one of my top10

No, this is not clear. Design is a most general word for anything we create. 'Best design' means what? On what basis one should judge?

One has to read and experience a lot to understand what a good design is. I'm afraid most of the members would not know how to judge it. List out the most important aspects of a good design so that we can select based on them.

I sincerely feel public voting is suitable not for all purposes; Design is one of them.
