Must have Cellphone aps

The last 2 days I upgraded some of my cellphones aps:

Opera Mini 4.1beta
- If you use your phone for any browsing.. you cant get better. Its like a pc browser. The new beta is even better... you can now sort of right click... save pages... and much more.

Mxit 5.6 (http:/www.mxit.co.za/wap)
- Most of you probably never heard of this one yet. This is the biggest mobile app here in SA. Everyone with a phone have it.. and I think its best in this genre. They even advertise and preload this on some phones here!
Its a mobile messenger made by a SA company. They did quite allot of improving the last year on this great app:
- Send voice msg to your friends
- Chat with friends in different tabs to quickly go between them
- Send files/pics
- Multi chats
- Save msg's
- You can now even listen/buy music
If you use any other client please check this out... theres also lot of options for you to play with and ALL phones are supported. Its free to use but if you want to chat in the chat rooms or want some custom stuff you'll need to buy moola (that how they make money).

Gmail
- Although this one is a little older I still use this allot. If you have a gmail account and a cellphone... why not? ;)

If anyone else have something to add please do. Who needs a pc? :P

The thing with a cellphone is.. you can lay in your bed and browse or chat :P .... something to do in those first 5mins of the wakeup routine.

But don't get me wrong

what i hate are those young peeps walking around or sitting in the subway tube and playing music with their god damn cellphones!
Ah ok, hip hop is no music. So the cellphone is just making strange noises

lol martin - when i got Dream Theater playing loud that also makes some LOUD strange noises heheh but that comes from my mp3 player not the phone

I think too much emphasis is put on mobile phones these days like they are a must have or your life is non existant without it, its not like its water where you do need it to survive ;)

and remember kids, mobiles and washing machines do not go together ;)
